We run your plate.
The programme and the reasoning behind it are decided first; the solver then places every coordinate against them. Deciding and drawing stay separate steps, so nothing lands on your floor by guesswork.

We measure it.
An occupancy grid and a distance transform take the narrowest point of every route — not an average, which would pass a floor you cannot walk through — against NBC 2016 and ADA/IBC.

We walk you through it.
Five layouts, each with its seat count, ₹ cost and kgCO₂e. Then the specification underneath them, and the set that leaves: CSV, PNG, DXF, PDF, IFC, OBJ.

Nothing is a black box. Every element on the plan is a real object with a product, a ₹ rate and a decision state behind it.

Notes — common questions

Before you write

Do we need to install anything?: No. It runs in the browser, client-side. There is nothing to put on a workstation and nothing for your IT team to approve.
Our plate is not a rectangle.: Zones are polygons that conform to angled and irregular walls, not rectangles fitted to a bounding box. The keep-outs — core, shafts, columns — come out of the linework.
How do we know it is not a black box?: Every element it generates is a real object you can select, move, retype and cost. Every AI change is previewed before it applies, and undoable after.
Can we reproduce a result?: Same seed, same plan. Two runs can be set side by side and diffed on their metrics.
We only have a PDF.: Send it. The import path is DXF and DWG, so the first thing we will do is tell you what the plate needs — that is a shorter conversation than it sounds.
What does it cost?: Priced per engagement, not per seat, because it is set up against your building stock and your material bank.
