Not a seat licence. Studio is set up against your building stock, your programme defaults and your material bank — so a number printed here would be wrong for almost everyone reading it.

Scope — what moves the number

The fee is set against four things.

Floor area

How many plates, and how large. Everything left after the core and the shafts is what the generator has to fill.

Programme complexity

Benching alone is one problem. Cabins, war rooms, booths and statutory spaces are another — and every route between them still has to measure up at its narrowest point.

Options compared

One issued fit, or all five objectives set side by side: Balanced, Max seats, Cost-optimised, Collaboration, Experience.

What leaves the set

A PDF report is not the same job as DXF and IFC that has to open in the consultant's model. CSV, PNG, DXF, PDF, IFC, OBJ — you choose how much of that is in scope.

Those four set our fee. The ₹ cost and the carbon inside the plan are your building’s — the tool computes them live against India CAT-B, and they are not what you are paying us.

What is included

Every engagement.

The full loop: Import, generate, evaluate, refine, specify, view, export. Nothing is gated.
India calibration: NBC 2016 and ADA/IBC circulation, IGBC/LEED framing, CAT-B cost and carbon in ₹.
Your material bank: Your products at your vendor rates, bound to elements and tracked to sign-off.
Six export formats: CSV, PNG, DXF, PDF, IFC, OBJ, plus the editable .dsource document.
Deterministic output: The same seed returns the same plan, so a result can be reproduced and diffed.
Library, versions, compare: Every plan kept with its version history, and any two set side by side on their metrics.
